Grand Blanc Softball is built for athletes who want to develop their skills, compete with confidence, and grow in a positive, team-first environment. Beginning with our inaugural 10U and 12U teams, we're creating a player development program focused on building strong fundamentals today while preparing athletes for tomorrow.

Whether your daughter is new to competitive softball or looking for the next step in her development, our goal is to provide quality coaching, structured training, and a culture that encourages effort, accountability, and a love for the game.

Grand Blanc Softball athletes will have access to many of the same development resources that have helped establish Grand Blanc Baseball and 810 Elite as leaders in player development.

What To Expect At Tryouts

Players will participate in a structured evaluation led by independent evaluators and experienced coaches.

Evaluations will include:

• Throwing mechanics and arm strength

• Infield and outfield defensive skills

• Hitting mechanics and approach

• Running speed and athletic movement

• Catching and pitching evaluations (if applicable)

• Coachability, effort, and competitive mindset

• Softball IQ and game awareness
