Development You Can Measure
Train. Measure. Adjust. Repeat.
Grand Blanc Baseball and 810 Elite use age-based training systems, measurable technology, certified instructors, and structured player development to prepare athletes for high school baseball and beyond.
Our Development Philosophy
Development Over Hype
Most organizations build teams.

We build players.

Every athlete progresses through an age-based system designed to develop fundamentals, decision-making, baseball IQ, leadership, and position-specific skills so players are prepared for the next level before they get there.
The Development System
Development Pathway
Players progress through age-specific systems designed to prepare them for the next level before they arrive there.

Technology & Analytics
Driveline certified trainers powered with Rapsodo and Blast Motion integration provide measurable player feedback tied directly to development goals.
REAL MEASURED RESULTS
Across Grand Blanc Baseball and 810 Elite, players captured 50,000+ measured swings through Blast Motion, turning training into a year-round feedback system. Each swing helps build a clearer development plan around Plane, Connection, and Rotation — three key measures of contact path, adjustability, and swing efficiency.

The results show real player growth: athletes moved into above-average scoring ranges, improved barrel path and sequencing, and used Blast feedback alongside Den training, Rapsodo, Driveline-certified instruction, camps, and at-home drills to train with purpose.

Plane Score: Better Swing Paths Create Better Contact

Owen Lake, on 810 Elite, with 1,790 measured swings improved his Plane Score from 62 to 67, strengthening an already above-average movement pattern. Plane Score shows how efficiently the barrel works through the hitting zone.

With Blast, Den access, Rapsodo feedback, and Driveline-certified instruction, players receive specific drills they can use both in training and at home to build repeatable swing paths.

Rotation: Building Power Through Efficient Movement

William Co, on our 11u team with 3,954 measured swings,
improved his Rotation Score from 48 to 62 and finished at 61, demonstrating significant gains in body sequencing and rotational efficiency. Better rotation allows players to generate more bat speed and force without relying solely on their hands and arms.

Blast, Rapsodo, Den training, and Driveline-based instruction help players develop the movement patterns that translate into game power.

Connection: Creating More Adjustable Hitters

Collin Brown another 11u player improved his Connection Score from 49 to 59, a 20.4% gain on his 2,116 measured swings moved him to the edge of the above-average range. Better connection helps hitters keep the barrel working with the body, reducing swing leaks and improving their ability to adjust to different pitch locations.

Through Blast training, Den sessions, camps, and guided at-home drills, players learn how to build more connected swings that perform consistently across the strike zone.
The takeaway is simple: we don’t guess at development. We train, measure, adjust, and repeat — giving players feedback they can understand, coaches data they can act on, and families proof that development is happening.
