Week 7 - Final week - same routines but increase sets & weights, maintain form Beginning to introduce weights with exercises you will need a barbell and/or dumbbells. The beginning exercises starting with "WU", "AP" & "A" are the basic warmup exercises should be able to complete in 10-15 min. It's important do engrain the correct movements - just because they are simple doesn't mean hurry through them. Focus on your form! Start with lower weights and increase each set, if the weight is too much to complete the sets then lower. MWF higher weights. TTH lower weights.
