Week 5 - increase sets & weights, maintain form Beginning to introduce weights with exercises you will need a barbell and/or dumbbells. The beginning exercises starting with "AP" & "A" are the basic warmup exercises should be able to complete in 10-15 min Focus on your form, if the weight is too much to complete the sets then lower. Start with lower weights and increase each set. MWF higher weights. TTH lower weights.
